Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and client invoicing specific to construction milestones. You can review standard duties via GoConstruct's Accounts Assistant Guide.
- Project Cost Tracking: Assist in tracking project-specific expenses, material costs, and labor disbursements.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank and supplier ledger reconciliations.
- Payroll Support: Process wage sheets, site allowances, and sub-contractor worker payments.
- Petty Cash Management: Oversee site petty cash requests, expense vouchers, and expense reports.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing trial balances, profit/loss statements, and budget variance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or Finance (b.com).
- Experience: Fresher / 1 year Experience
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Core Skills: High numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of contract billing or work-in-progress (WIP) accounting.
