HR & Marketing

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced HR & Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand promotion, and team performance, while supporting key HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing, communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities :

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.

* Drive B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, outbound calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

* Create and oversee marketing content, presentations, promotional materials, and videos.

* Identify new marketing opportunities, target audiences, and business prospects.

* Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management when required.

* Track marketing performance, lead generation, and prepare reports.





* Lead marketing team to achieve business objectives.

* Support essential HR activities, employee coordination, and internal communication.

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.

* Solid experience in lead generation, social media marketing and team handling.

* Excellent communication, client-handling, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive, creative, organized, and results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
