We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Trip Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, preparing itineraries, handling bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
- Handle hotel, transportation, sightseeing, flight, and activity bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and destination partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain booking records and customer details.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel / tourism / holiday package sales is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
