Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Placement (HR) Executive to join our Corporate Relations team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our trained candidates/students and corporate recruiters, driving job opportunities and managing end-to-end recruitment drives. Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Outreach: Connect with HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and industry leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate job and internship opportunities.
- Placement Drive Coordination: Plan and execute campus/off-campus hiring drives, including scheduling interviews, coordinating written tests, and managing logistics (online or offline).
- Candidate Guidance: Assist trainees/students with resume building, interview etiquette, and alignment with corporate requirements.
- Data & Pipeline Management:



Maintain accurate databases of corporate contacts, active job openings, candidate tracking, and daily/weekly placement reports in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Relationship Management: Follow up regularly with hiring partners for candidate feedback, selection status, and offer letter issuance.

Requirements & Key Skills

- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment support, inside sales, customer relations, or academic coordination (freshers with solid communication are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
