We are looking for a skilled and compassionate PICU Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. The nurse will work closely with paediatricians, intensivists, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure secure, timely, and evidence-based patient care.

- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill paediatric patients according to their individual care plans and clinical requirements.
- Continuously monitor patients including vital signs, oxygen saturation, neurological status, fluid balance, and other critical parameters.
- Manage and monitor ventilated patients, including ventilator settings, airway care, suctioning, and recognition of respiratory deterioration.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed, following medication-safety protocols.
- Assist during paediatric emergencies and resuscitation, including CPR and other life-saving interventions as required.




- Operate and monitor critical-care equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, cardiac monitors, and other PICU equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including nursing notes, vital signs, medication administration, fluid balance, procedures, and patient handover.
- Follow strict infection-prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, isolation precautions, and safe biomedical-waste disposal.
- Provide emotional support and appropriate communication to parents and caregivers, explaining nursing procedures and reinforcing care-related instructions.
- Coordinate with paediatricians, intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and comprehensive patient care.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
