Hiring: Sales & Marketing Head – Delhi NCR

Tosser Craft is a garment manufacturer building a wholesale and retail sales network for its apparel range. We’re looking for someone who can develop the market, hire and lead salespeople, and take responsibility for sales results.

Your responsibilities

- Build a sales plan for retailers, wholesalers and multi-brand stores across Delhi NCR
- Recruit, train and manage field sales representatives
- Use your existing network to open recent accounts
- Set sales targets and track orders, repeat business and payments received
- Share market feedback that helps us improve our product range

What we’re looking for

Experience selling apparel is welcome, but candidates from other product categories can also apply.



What matters most is a strong Delhi NCR buyer network, experience leading a sales team, and a clear record of achieving sales numbers.

During the interview, we’ll ask about the markets you’ve covered, the team you’ve managed, and the sales you’ve personally helped generate.

Compensation: Fixed pay and performance incentives will be discussed based on relevant experience and proven results.
