Job Title: Barista

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Café Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash, card, or digital payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area.
- Restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.




- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.
- Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not always required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Salary: As per experience and company standards

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
