## Microsoft Dynamic ERP 360 Developer

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Microsoft ERP 360 Developer* responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting ERP solutions across business functions. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality, HR, and Logistics teams to understand business requirements and convert them into effective ERP solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft ERP solutions as per business requirements.

* Analyze existing ERP processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

* Develop new modules, features, reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.

* Customize ERP functionality according to organizational processes.

* Integrate ERP with other applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

* Work with Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality, HR, and Logistics departments to gather requirements.

* Develop and maintain SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, views, and reports where applicable.

* Troubleshoot ERP errors, system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.

* Provide technical support and resolve ERP-related user issues.

* Manage user roles, permissions, access controls, and security configurations.

* Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and user manuals.

* Conduct testing, debugging, UAT support, and deployment of ERP changes.

* Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.

* Coordinate with external ERP vendors/consultants whenever required.

* Train employees on current ERP features, workflows, and system processes.

* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.





* Maintain proper backup, security, and change-control procedures.

* Ensure ERP systems support business continuity and operational requirements.

### Required Technical Skills

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft ERP ecosystem.

* Experience with *Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics ERP* or equivalent Microsoft ERP platforms.

* Knowledge of *SQL Server, SQL queries, database management, and reporting*.

* Knowledge of APIs and system integration.

* Experience with Microsoft technologies such as *.NET / C# / Power Platform / Power BI*, as applicable to the ERP environment.

* Understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and data structures.

* Knowledge of debugging, testing, deployment, and system troubleshooting.

* Understanding of ERP security, user roles, and access management.

* Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.

### Preferred Skills

* Experience in manufacturing or FMCG/cosmetics/personal-care industry.

* Experience with manufacturing ERP, MRP, BOM, batch management, inventory, and production modules.

* Knowledge of *Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI*.





* Experience in ERP customization and third-party integrations.

* Knowledge of cloud-based ERP environments.

* Experience in ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.

### Educational Qualification

* B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

* BCA / MCA / equivalent qualification may also be considered.

* Microsoft/Dynamics-related certifications will be an added advantage.

### Experience

* *3–6 years* of relevant experience in Microsoft ERP/Dynamics development, customization, implementation, or support.

* Candidates with strong hands-on experience in ERP development and manufacturing ERP systems will be preferred.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in *Microsoft Dynamics ERP and manufacturing environments* will be preferred. Experience with production, inventory, procurement, quality, batch tracking, BOM, MRP, and MIS processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
