About the Project – Aura Workforce

Aura Workforce is an ambitious next-generation Workforce Operating System designed to unify Workforce Management, Payroll, Accounting, Team Collaboration, Project Management, AI Assistants, Workforce Analytics, and Business Operations into a single platform.

Unlike traditional cloud-only systems, Aura Workforce is being designed as an offline-capable and self-hosted enterprise platform where organizations maintain full ownership and control of their workforce and business data.

Our vision is to build a modern AI-powered business operating system that helps organizations manage employees, payroll, finance, projects, and operations through intelligent automation, enterprise-grade technology, and AI-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of enterprise applications.

Build scalable web applications, APIs, and business modules for Aura Workforce.

Develop Workforce Management, Payroll, Accounting, Team Management, and AI-powered features.

Design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.

Create secure, efficient, and maintainable backend services and databases.

Integrate AI, analytics,



and third-party services into business applications.

Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and Cyber Security teams.

Participate in application testing, debugging, performance optimization, and deployment activities.

Contribute to architecture discussions and product innovation initiatives.
