About the Role:

We are looking for an Operation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely real estate projects registered under the MahaRERA framework. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking hands-on exposure to the real estate development lifecycle and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage compliance activities for real estate projects registered under MahaRERA.

· Draft and submit correction applications, project updates, extensions, and other regulatory filings.

· Review and analyze layouts, agreements, statutory records, and supporting documentation.

· Coordinate with clients, chartered accountants, advocates, and internal teams for data collection and document verification.

· Monitor project milestones, compliance timelines, and regulatory deadlines.

· Maintain compliance trackers, project records, and document repositories.

· Liaise with regulatory authorities and follow up on application status and approvals.

· Support resolution of compliance-related queries and documentation requirements raised by MahaRERA





· Stay updated on regulatory developments and assist in implementing compliance changes.

Who Can Apply:

· Graduates or Postgraduates in Engineering, Architecture, Commerce, Management, Law, Urban Planning, or related fields.

· Understanding of RERA regulations and real estate project documentation will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

· Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management practices.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
