Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure application development projects for external U.S. clients and internal initiatives. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinate distributed development teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based client stakeholders. This role requires a certified project management professional with a proven record of client-facing delivery for U.S. organizations and hands-on expertise with Jira, OnePlan, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closeout.
- Deliver application development projects built on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure for external clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading status meetings, steering committee updates, escalations, and change requests directly with U.S. stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, RAID logs,



and status reports.
- Plan and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects, balancing capacity, skills, and priorities.
- Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as hybrid and Waterfall delivery where required.
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Configure and administer project management tools, including Jira, OnePlan, Microsoft Planner (premium plans), and Microsoft Project, to support portfolio visibility and reporting.
- Follow and help mature PMO standards aligned with CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 quality processes.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing software or application development projects.
- 5+ years in a client-facing role managing projects directly for U.S.-based clients, including regular direct communication with U.S. client stakeholders (not solely through an intermediary or onsite coordinator).
- Proven track record delivering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure projects.
- Experience managing teams of 8 or more people and multiple concurrent projects.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.




- Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Planner (premium plans), and working experience with OnePlan and Microsoft Project desktop.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior U.S. client executives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Qualified Scrum Master (PSM I), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Microsoft certification such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
- Atlassian Jira certification.
- Experience supporting U.S. federal, state, or local government clients, including familiarity with federal reporting requirements, Section 508 accessibility, and security and compliance expectations.
- Experience supporting U.S. healthcare, financial services, or Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience migrating organizations from Project Online to Planner, OnePlan, or Power Platform–based portfolio management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps boards and Power BI project dashboards.
- Experience working in a CMMI or ISO 9001 certified organization.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
