Lead and engage a team of 10–12 manual laborers to ensure fast, accurate, and damage-free loading and unloading of heavy and fragile refractory materials (bricks, castables, insulation)
Key Responsibilities:
Labor Leadership: Assign tasks, manage output, eliminate idle time, and maintain floor discipline.
Material Care: Enforce proper handling, stacking, and palletizing to protect heavy and fragile materials
Inbound/Outbound Ops: Inspect trucks, verify physical counts against delivery bills/packing lists, and maintain fast loading.
Safety & Cleanliness To be maintained.
Qualifications :
2+ years supervising manual labor teams in building materials,
cement, or heavy industrial warehouses.
Proven ability to command respect, motivate laborers, and resolve conflict.
Willingness to work hands-on on the floor 6 days a week (Mon–Sat).
- Two wheeler a must
- Languages - Kannada, English And Hindi will help to engage with the team

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
