Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, produce components as per engineering drawings and specifications, and ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines such as CNC turning, VMC, HMC, or machining centers.

- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and inspection standards.

- Load and unload components safely and efficiently.

- Monitor machine operations and make basic offsets/corrections when required.

- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.

- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface-finish standards.

- Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and quality issues and report them to the supervisor.

- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine-related documentation.

- Follow safety procedures, 5S standards, and company quality requirements.

- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic operator-level maintenance.





- Meet production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and basic machining processes.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics.

- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, speeds, feeds, and tool offsets.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

- Basic knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi is preferred.

- Valuable understanding of workplace safety and quality procedures.

- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a production team.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related technical field preferred.

- Relevant CNC machine operating experience will be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
