Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Explain gym membership plans and offers
- Follow up with enquiries and leads
- Schedule gym visits and appointments
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Positive communication skills
- Malayalam & English speaking ability
- Friendly and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous telecalling / sales experience is an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
