We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing - Outbound Manager to develop B2B business. Individuals who’ve worked in the travel trade, closed packages and know how to manage relationships with B2B Agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and business development across assigned markets.
- Build relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and key trade partners.
- Develop new business, manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Represent Top Global Travel at trade fairs, sales missions and client meetings.
- Support market-specific marketing and product development.
- Provide market insights and maintain sales pipeline and MIS.
- Coordinate with Operations, Contracting and Presales teams to support client requirements.

Candidate Profile





- Minimum 10+ years' experience in outbound B2B holiday sales.
- Proven ability to manage outbound operations and service holiday packages end-to-end.
- International destination knowledge — Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Dubai, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, and more.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, experiences, and costing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Commercially driven, ethical, and qualified.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
