About the Role

Showtime Consulting is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and hands-on experience in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
- Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide HR coordination.
- Assist with HR reports, documentation, and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.




- Ensure smooth execution of routine HR processes.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in recruitment and employee management are preferred.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required
