We at Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the University’s accounting, financial reporting, taxation, banking, audit, and statutory compliance functions, ensuring effective financial management and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the University’s day-to-day accounting, financial transactions, student fee collections, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and other audits, including preparation of required records and documents.
- Oversee banking operations, including payments, fund transfers, deposits, bank accounts, KYC, documentation, and coordination with bank officials.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments, cash flow, and fund requirements.
- Review vouchers, bills,



financial transactions, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls, accounting procedures, and approval processes.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, government/statutory authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Support University management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, reporting, and financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA qualification from ICAI; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting preferred.
- Experience in a University, higher education institution, educational organisation, or large institutional setup preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, audit, banking, financial reporting, MS Excel, and accounting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
