ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking technically proficient and engaging AWS Cloud Trainers to deliver practical, industry-aligned cloud training for

university students. The ideal candidate should combine robust AWS expertise with excellent delivery, learner engagement, and

classroom management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Deliver hands-on training on AWS Cloud and core cloud computing concepts.

● Train students on AWS architecture, compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and cloud deployment.

● Conduct practical labs, projects, and application-based learning activities.

● Simplify complex cloud concepts and engage large groups of young learners.

● Create and regularly update training content, presentations, labs, assessments, and projects.

● Mentor students and support assessments and project development.

● Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders for effective training delivery.

TECHNICAL CONCEPTS – AREAS OF EXPERTISE

● Cloud & AWS Foundations: Core cloud computing models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), AWS global infrastructure (regions,

availability zones, edge locations), IAM & shared responsibility model, AWS pricing & billing.

● Compute & Storage: EC2, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, Lambda & serverless computing, S3, EBS, EFS, storage

classes and lifecycle management.

● Networking & Databases: VPC design, subnets, route tables, security groups & NACLs, Route 53, RDS, DynamoDB,

database migration and backup strategies.

● Security, DevOps & Deployment: IAM policies, KMS,



encryption & compliance best practices,

CloudFormation/Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, CloudWatch monitoring, containerization (ECS/EKS), and

well-architected framework principles.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

● Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field is preferred.

● Relevant Bachelor's degree with strong practical AWS expertise may also be considered.

● Minimum 2–3+ years of training or technical facilitation experience.

TECHNICAL & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

● Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and core AWS services.

● Experience with compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and cloud deployment.

● AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is mandatory.

● Additional relevant AWS certifications will be an added advantage.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES

● Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.

● Ability to confidently handle large student groups.

● Classroom & Learner Engagement: Strong classroom management, active-learning facilitation, and delivery strategies

that keep large cohorts of young learners engaged throughout hands-on sessions.

● Content creation, teamwork, coordination, and ownership skills.

We are looking for an AWS-certified trainer who combines strong cloud expertise with exceptional delivery skills to

create engaging, practical, and industry-relevant learning experiences.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
