Job Description: English Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary English Teacher to inspire young learners and build strong foundational language skills. The ideal candidate will create an engaging classroom environment that fosters reading comprehension, grammar mastery, creative writing, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement interactive English lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles in primary grades.
- Skill Building: Teach foundational phonics, reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, and oral communication skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment conducive to learning and creative expression.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through class activities, assignments, and regular assessments; provide constructive feedback.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents updated on their child's academic growth, classroom engagement, and overall performance.
- Activity Coordination: Organize literacy activities, storytelling sessions,



and language-focused events or competitions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Education (B.Ed.), or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience teaching English at the primary school level preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Teaching Style: Solid interpersonal skills with a patient, energetic, and child-centric approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
