Overview

The role will be responsible for managing outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payment collections, conducting payment reconciliations, and coordinating with clients to resolve payment-related issues. The role involves regular follow-ups, client visits when required, and maintaining strong professional relationships to ensure smooth cash flow operations.

Role and responsibilities:

Payment Outstanding Follow-ups

- Monitor and track outstanding invoices and receivables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain updated records of collection status and follow-up actions.
- Escalate long-pending cases to the Department Head when necessary.

Payment Reconciliation

- Perform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Identify discrepancies in payments, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales/Accounts) to resolve billing mismatches.
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements for review.

Client Visits & Resolution of Payment Issues





- Visit clients when required to discuss overdue payments and reconciliation matters.
- Address client concerns regarding billing errors or payment delays.
- Negotiate payment timelines in line with company policies.
- Strengthen client relationships to ensure continued business and smooth
- Prepare aging reports and share weekly/monthly collection status updates with the Department Head.
- Maintain proper documentation of all communication and payment commitments.
- Support audit requirements related to receivables.
- Assist in improving credit control processes and policies.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable.
- Robust knowledge of reconciliation and accounting principles.
- Good communication and negotiation and follow up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Pay: ₹10,837.62 - ₹49,488.68 per month
