- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive room bookings, dining footfall, and event venue reservations.
- Manage OTA (Online Travel Agency) promotions and local hotel marketing campaigns.

SEO & Content Strategy

- Perform keyword research tailored to local hospitality ("luxury hotel in Trivandrum", "event venues near me", etc.).
- Write, optimize, and publish high-ranking blog posts, landing page content, and metadata to boost organic search rankings.
- Monitor Google Business Profiles, optimize local citations, and drive online guest reviews.

Graphic Design & Visual Media

- Design eye-catching promotional banners, social media graphics, email templates, and print collateral (menus, brochures, flyers).
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and visual assets.
- Basic photo/video editing for reels, short clips, and virtual venue walkthroughs.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience:



3+ years of experience in marketing (hospitality or tourism sector experience is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills:
- SEO: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress/CMS management, keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest).
- Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or advanced Canva Pro production.
- Content: Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of SEO structure and brand storytelling.
- Mindset: A creative self-starter who can balance structured campaign performance with visual design quality.
