Job Description – Art Teacher (Drawing/Painting)Position: Art Teacher (Drawing/Painting)Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (B.F.A.), OR
- 5-Year Diploma in Drawing/Painting from a Government Art College, OR
- Graduation with Diploma in Art Education.
- B.Ed. is not compulsory but preferred.

Additional Skills / Preferred Experience:

- Knowledge of various art forms, drawing and painting techniques.
- Certificate courses in specific mediums such as Sculpture, Craft, Commercial Art, etc. will be an advantage.
- Experience in exhibitions, art competitions, workshops, or similar artistic activities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct engaging Drawing and Painting classes for students.
- Teach students various techniques, mediums,



and forms of visual art.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression among students.
- Prepare students for art exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
- Organize and display students’ artwork within the school.
- Guide students in developing their artistic skills according to their age and learning level.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and engaging classroom setting.
- Participate in school activities, events, and other academic responsibilities as assigned.
