Interskill Solutions is hiring a Junior IT Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and aspiring IT professionals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about technology, teaching, mentoring, Python programming, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month, based on skills and experience

Job Summary

- Conduct classroom and practical IT training / technical training sessions
- Train students in Python, SQL, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Power BI and Tableau
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, coding exercises and project mentoring
- Assist students with technical interview preparation and career guidance
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations and course content
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback
- Stay updated with the latest AI, Data Science and IT technologies

Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Python Programming
- Knowledge of SQL and Database Fundamentals
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI concept
- Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
- Basic understanding of Data Analytics and Data Visualization
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills





Required Soft Skills

- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Strong teaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technical training and student development
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in IT, Data Science, AI, Software Development or Technical Training.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Recent graduates looking to start a career as an IT Trainer
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in IT, Python, Data Science, AI/ML or Software Development.
- Candidates interested in teaching, technical training and student mentoring.
- Candidates with internship or project experience in Python, SQL, AI, Data Science, Power BI or Tableau.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
