Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development.

The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on experience in the Mortgage domain, specifically working with loan origination or loan servicing data.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large and complex datasets.
- Develop data transformation and integration solutions for mortgage-related data.
- Work with loan origination and/or loan servicing data in production environments.
- Perform complex SQL development, data validation, and performance optimization.
- Design reliable and scalable data pipeline architectures.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain data reporting and analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot data pipeline and data quality issues.




- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT/Data Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong Python programming experience.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development.
- Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with data transformation and integration.
- Experience with data reporting and analytics.
- Strong experience handling large-scale production datasets.
- Recent Mortgage domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience with loan origination or loan servicing data is mandatory.
