We are looking for a motivated and responsible Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at Vikas Rubbers. Freshers with an ITI qualification in Electrical & Electronics are welcome to apply.

The selected candidate will assist in the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, machinery and equipment in the factory. The role will provide practical exposure to industrial electrical maintenance and an opportunity to develop technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in electrical maintenance of factory machinery and equipment.
- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults in motors, panels, machines and other equipment.
- Support maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, switches, motors and related components.
- Identify and report electrical faults or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company safety rules at all times.




- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers during breakdown and maintenance work.
- Ensure tools and electrical equipment are used safely and properly.
- Perform other electrical maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualification

- ITI in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with industrial electrical maintenance experience will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
- Basic understanding of motors, electrical panels and industrial machinery.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Valuable discipline, teamwork and safety awareness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
