Role – Architecture engineer

Experience – 3 to 5 years
Education - B.Arch / M.Arch qualification.
Notice Period – Immediate joiners to 30 days
Location – Chennai

* COA registration preferred.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects.

* Good knowledge of architectural planning, elevations, sections and working drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other 3D software will be an added advantage.

* Practical knowledge of building construction and site execution.

* Experience in coordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants.

* Knowledge of CMDA / DTCP / Corporation approval drawings and relevant building regulations.

* Ability to coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors and consultants.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to visit project sites and handle site-related architectural requirements.

* Ability to understand project requirements and provide drawings/details within the required timelines.
