Position: Psychologist
Population: Neurodivergent Children & Young Adults
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to work with the neurodivergent population and support their emotional, behavioural and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and behavioural assessments
- Provide individual counselling and psychological interventions
- Work with neurodivergent children and young adults
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Monitor behavioural, emotional and developmental progress
- Coordinate with parents, caregivers and other professionals
- Maintain detailed client records and progress reports
- Conduct parent guidance and awareness sessions
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals will be preferred
- Knowledge of conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and learning difficulties will be an advantage
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
