Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced R&D; professional with a background in Polymer Technology/Polymer Science/Plastics/Material Science to lead our Research & Development activities for PVC compounds. The candidate will be responsible for product development, formulation optimization, process improvement, testing, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead R&D; activities for PVC compound formulation and product development.
- Develop and optimize formulations based on customer and application requirements.
- Conduct trials, testing, and validation of new and existing compounds.
- Improve product quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, and process efficiency.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and Technical teams.
- Handle customer technical requirements, complaints, and product improvement projects.
- Evaluate current raw materials, additives, and technologies.
- Maintain formulation, trial, testing,



and R&D; documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.

Education & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Polymer Technology, Polymer Science, Plastics Technology, or related field.
- 4–15 years of relevant experience in PVC compounds, polymer compounding, plastics, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of PVC formulations, additives, stabilizers, plasticizers, fillers, processing, and testing.
- Experience in leading R&D;/product development activities and managing technical teams.

Preferred:
Experience with PVC compounding, extrusion, formulation development, customer-specific grades, and troubleshooting will be highly preferred.
