We are looking for a motivated L1 Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in DevOps practices who is eager to provide first-line support, ensure system reliability, and work hands-on with AWS environments.

Responsibilities

- Provide 24x7 L1 support for production and staging environments.
- Perform DevOps activities such as system monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Monitor and manage AWS accounts, with a focus on cost tracking, cost optimization, and resource usage.
- Ensure SLAs are met by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies within AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts (day/night, weekends, holidays).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
