### Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Replenishment Planning and Global Order Promising (GOP). The role requires hands-on implementation and support experience, along with the ability to work directly with clients, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

### Experience

* 5–10 years of experience in supply chain planning and Oracle Fusion SCM.

* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Replenishment Planning and Global Order Promising.

* Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation, enhancement, or support engagements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

* Configure and support:

* Replenishment plans and planning parameters

* Sourcing rules, assignment sets, and replenishment policies

* Safety stock, min/max, reorder point, and order-up-to planning

* Supply and demand calculations

* Global Order Promising rules and sourcing logic

* Available-to-Promise, Capable-to-Promise, and response time considerations

* Transfer orders, purchase orders, work orders,



and internal material transfers

* Analyze planning exceptions, shortages, supply recommendations, and promise-date issues.

* Integrate planning processes with Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Costing.

* Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.

* Facilitate client workshops, demonstrations, conference-room pilots, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

* Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data conversion, reports, and extensions.

* Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.

* Provide practical recommendations to improve planning accuracy, inventory availability, and customer order fulfillment.

### Required Skills

* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning.

* Proficiency in Replenishment Planning and Global Order Promising.

* Understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including:

* Demand and supply planning

* Inventory policies

* Sourcing and allocation

* Lead times and calendars

* Safety stock and service levels

* Order promising and fulfillment orchestration

* Experience troubleshooting planning and promising results.

* Robust communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a consulting environment.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
