We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, handle customer enquiries, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential and existing customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/HRMS or other systems.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.




- Submit regular sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any degree/diploma preferred.
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred; 6 month experience in sales with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
