About the Company:

A leading financial services company focused on retail lending, with a strong presence in mortgages, personal finance and other consumer lending segments.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head the HR function for the Business & Personal Finance vertical at a national level. The role will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive people initiatives across the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the national HR strategy for the Business & Personal Finance vertical.
- Partner with senior leadership and business heads on workforce and people strategy.
- Drive workforce planning and end-to-end talent acquisition across retail lending portfolios.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
- Strengthen HR Business Partnering across branches and business functions.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to support business decisions.




- Build leadership and talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.

Key Requirements:

- Postgraduate / MBA in HR.
- 15–23 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in banking, NBFC or financial services.
- Strong experience in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent acquisition and performance management.
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and managing geographically distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of retail lending, particularly mortgages and personal finance, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,900,000.00 per year
