Mandatory Requirements:

- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management + EC Core certifications
- S/4HANA HCM Time Management certification required
- 4+ end-to-end Time Tracking/HCM implementations
- 5+ support projects
- Strong experience in Time Valuation, RPTIME00, PCRs, overtime, premium pay
- Experience with PTP, CPI, EC Payroll, BAdIs, CATS, Project Systems
- Hybrid SuccessFactors + S/4HANA architecture experience
- Time-data migration, balances, accruals and cutover experience
- Experience with Story Reports, People Analytics / S/4HANA analytics
- Solid solution architecture, stakeholder management and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel as required

Key Requirement:



Senior SAP Time Management / Time Tracking Solution Architect with strong SuccessFactors + S/4HANA HCM experience, complex global implementations, integrations, valuations and migration experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
