Lead QA Engineer – Retail Banking Domain

Experience: 7+ years, with solid Retail Banking domain exposure
Project Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (within 7 days)
Work Mode: Remote
Work Type: Full-time, contractual (with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage QA activities for Retail Banking applications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute manual functional testing.
- Review test scenarios, test cases, and test execution results.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through the complete lifecycle.
- Work closely with business, development, and other project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to QA team members when required.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong Retail Banking domain experience (4+ years preferred) is mandatory.
- 7+ years of overall QA/testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and functional testing .
- Good understanding of QA processes, test planning,



test execution, and defect management.
- Experience working on banking applications/products such as accounts, payments, loans, cards, deposits, or other retail banking modules .
- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to provide occasional onsite support, if required .

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
