Core Duties

- Team Leadership: Train and guide sales staff. Assign duties and track daily performance targets.
- Customer Care: Greet buyers and solve complaints fast. Handle special requests for bridal wear, silks, or designer fabrics.
- Stock & Display: Check inventory levels. Keep silk and textile displays neat and attractive.
- Sales Tracking: Record daily numbers. Report sales trends and high-demand fabrics to top management.
- Floor Control: Keep aisles safe, clean, and well-staffed during peak shopping hours.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
