Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Interior Supervisor Trainee to support our interior project execution team. The candidate will assist in supervising site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed according to project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising interior works at project sites.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site activities and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Assist in measuring and tracking materials used at site.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the senior supervisor/project manager.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and report delays, defects, or site-related issues.
- Maintain proper site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of interior execution and construction activities is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
