Position Overview

CWGHR Consultancies is seeking qualified, compassionate, and skilled Registered Nurses on behalf of our client, a premier NABH-accredited tertiary care hospital in Calicut. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to strict NABH safety, quality control, and clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.

Maintain strict adherence to NABH standards, hospital infection control guidelines, and safety procedures.

Prepare patients for examinations, diagnostic procedures, and minor operations.

Maintain precise, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (doctors, specialists, and support staff) to ensure coordinated patient care.

Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and wellness management.





Requirements & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma from an INC-recognized institution.

Experience: Fresher to 5 years of clinical nursing experience (Experience in a NABH-accredited setting is strongly preferred). Fresh graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.

Skills: Excellent clinical assessment skills, empathetic patient care, strong communication (Kannada & English required), and proficiency in handling modern medical equipment.
