About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-aware Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, edit and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video, Instagram Reels, storytelling, social media trends and content strategy. You will be responsible for creating content for both our brands — Coworkio and Flights & Docs — from idea generation and scripting to shooting, editing and final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, experimenting with new content formats and turning straightforward ideas into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Plan, shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos.
- Create office tours, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos and brand stories.
- Stay updated with trending Reels, sounds, formats, hooks and social media trends.
- Write basic scripts, hooks, captions and content concepts for videos.
- Convert ideas into engaging and platform-friendly video content.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Handle basic camera framing, lighting, angles, composition and audio.
- Edit videos with suitable transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects and motion graphics.
- Create content for both Coworkio — coworking, workspace, business and lifestyle content — and Flights & Docs — immigration, visa, travel and related content.
- Create promotional content for offers, campaigns, events and special occasions.




- Use AI tools for content ideation, image generation, video creation, scripting and creative experimentation.
- Identify new content opportunities and proactively suggest fresh Reel ideas, hooks and video concepts.
- Assist with content planning and maintain a consistent monthly social media calendar.
- Organize raw footage, edited videos, photos and other content assets properly.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines and maintain consistency in quality.
- Independently manage the complete content process from concept → script → shoot → edit → final content.

Shooting & Videography Responsibilities

- Plan and execute shoots for Reels, testimonials, office tours and promotional videos.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using smartphones and cameras.
- Understand basic lighting, framing, composition, camera angles and audio recording.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras will be an added advantage.
- Identify interesting moments and create behind-the-scenes and real-time content.
- Coordinate with team members, clients and professionals during shoots.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera or assisting with on-camera content when required.

Content & Creative Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to create strong hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.




- Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Ability to write basic scripts, captions and video concepts.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition and presentation.
- Ability to turn simple ideas into interesting and engaging content.
- Willingness to experiment with new formats, trends and AI tools.

Editing & Tools

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- AI image & video generation tools
- Other video editing and content creation tools

You don't need to know every tool — strong creative ability, willingness to learn and good content sense are more important.
