About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Business Development & Brand Growth Executive to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain hands-on experience across business development, client outreach, personal branding, digital marketing, content, and market research.

The ideal candidate should enjoy connecting with people, exploring new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and contributing creative ideas to strengthen both the founder's and company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and strengthening the founder's personal brand across digital platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, prospective clients, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients through online research and various skilled outreach channels.
- Assist in identifying and researching prospective clients, decision-makers, brands, and business opportunities.
- Support outbound business development through LinkedIn, email, phone conversations, and follow-ups.
- Track outreach activities, responses, follow-ups, and lead stages in a structured database.
- Connect with prospective clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant communication channels, and manage timely follow-ups.
- Support the founder in developing her professional network and personal brand on LinkedIn.

- Interest in branding, marketing, content creation, and business development.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools and new-age digital workflows.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Kankurgachi, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
