The Production Head is responsible for overseeing complete production operations, process improvement, manpower planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilies
- Plan the yearly manufacturing schedule in line with the business target . accordingly coordinate the planning purchase & Production Schedules and the flow of material & product.
- Allocate the business targets divided into periodic measuarable project deliverable to production planning fuctions. Accordingly monitor & control the manufacturing process
- Manage daily production activities and operations.
- Implement process improvements for productivity enhancement.
- Coordinate procurement, production,
and quality functions.
- Monitor manpower utilization and production targets.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and deliveries.
- Maintain reporting and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments, to meet periodic business targets.
In addition to the above you shall be taking up all tasks assigned by your superior for exigencies & urgent Sudden Requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
