Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage overall construction and project operations.

* Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion.

* Manage project budgets, costing, billing, procurement, and resources.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

* Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance across projects.

* Handle multiple projects and resolve critical operational issues.

* Lead, mentor, and manage project and site teams.

* Prepare and review project progress and performance reports.





* Support business development and identify new project opportunities.

* Report directly to the Directors/Management.

Requirements

* *20–25 years of experience* in Construction & Building.

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management preferred.

* Strong experience in large-scale building/construction projects.

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.

* Solid knowledge of project execution, contracts, costing, and commercial management.

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
