Solar Trainer

1. Brief

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Solar Trainer to provide technical and practical training in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, installation, maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting. The trainer will be responsible for developing skilled manpower for the renewable energy and solar industry.

2. Job Description

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training on Solar PV systems and renewable energy concepts.
- Train candidates on solar panel installation, wiring, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate the use of solar tools, testing instruments, and safety equipment.
- Prepare training modules, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through theory and practical tests.

3. Location / Language

- Location: Bulandshahr.
- Languages Required: English and Hindi.

4. Qualification / Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Certification in Solar PV Installation or Renewable Energy preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or technical training.
- Experience in rooftop solar systems and site operations will be an added advantage.

5. Skills

- Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical fundamentals.
- Hands-on expertise in solar installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.




- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and field training.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar regulations.

6. Reporting To

- Training Manager / Technical Head / Center Head

7. Grade and Salary

- Grade: Trainer / Senior Trainer
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

8. KPI / KRA

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Number of training batches completed
- Trainee attendance and completion percentage
- Practical assessment and certification success rate
- Placement or field deployment support rate

Key Result Areas (KRA)

- Deliver effective technical and practical solar training
- Ensure safety compliance during all practical activities
- Improve trainee employability and technical competency
- Maintain quality standards in training delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
