B2B Campus is looking for a US Truck Dispatch Trainer who can use their industry experience to deliver practical, job-oriented training in US trucking and freight dispatching.
Role Includes:
- Train students on US freight dispatching and daily trucking operations.
- Demonstrate how to find suitable loads and handle load booking & negotiation.
- Teach DAT, Truckstop, broker calls, carrier communication, and dispatch documentation.
- Explain freight lanes, HOS, appointment scheduling, and shipment tracking.
- Conduct practical exercises and mock calls to prepare candidates for real dispatch roles.
- Support students in developing strong communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in US Truck Dispatching / US Logistics.
- Hands-on knowledge of load boards, rate negotiation, and carrier coordination.
- Good verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
