Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly sales target for the store and handle high-value customers
2. Supervise 3-5 Sales Associates, assign daily targets, motivate team
3. Handle billing disputes, returns, and customer complaints professionally
4. Manage Visual Merchandising as per brand SOP, maintain store standards
5. Build long-term customer database / CRM and drive repeat sales
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Plus Two (1+year experience required)
- 1-2 years experience in retail sales apparel / footwear / jewellery / beauty preferred
- Experience in mall stores is an advantage
- Leadership, target-driven, knowledge of POS billing system
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
