Position : Staff Nurse – GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer prescribed medicines, injections and treatments.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Eligibility & Experience
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree – Mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hospital experience – Mandatory.
- Candidates registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council will be preferred.
- Candidates without the required experience may be considered as Trainee Staff Nurse only if a suitable trainee position is available.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive communication, discipline and patient-care skills.
Salary : Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
Suitable accommodation and essential facilities are available for selected Staff Nurses coming from outside the locality, ensuring a comfortable stay and work environment.
