- 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation cycles
- Strong hands-on expertise across Core HR, Performance Management, Goal Management, and Journeys
- Solid understanding of Indian payroll and HRMS practicesThis is an India-first HCM implementation, with planned expansion into UAE — multi-country experience is a strong plus.
