Experience

5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed architectural designs using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare and maintain accurate BIM models, architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Lead architectural design and documentation from concept through detailed development.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and resolve design and technical issues.
- Manage Revit families, templates, standards, and project workflows.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior architects/designers.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers,



clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and architectural documentation.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Experience working on detailed architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit families, templates, views, sheets, and documentation.
- Ability to independently handle projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior architectural team members will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects, solve technical/design challenges, and deliver high-quality Revit-based architectural work remotely.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per month
