Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage corneal and anterior segment diseases.
- Perform corneal and anterior segment procedures and surgeries.
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and relevant investigations.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, and procedures to patients and relatives.
- Manage complex and emergency ophthalmic cases when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.
- Coordinate with other ophthalmologists, OT staff, and healthcare teams.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient safety practices.
- Participate in clinical discussions, teaching, and academic activities.
