Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with customer coordination, order processing, documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, operations, and other departments.
- Track sales orders from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/CRM/ERP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending follow-ups.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate sales-related activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and customer requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred.

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook/email.

Experience with CRM/ERP software is an advantage.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Customer-focused and professional approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
