Position: Senior Associate / Principal Associate
Experience: 5–10+ years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Strong experience in Media & Entertainment transactions and/or commercial contracting.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of copyright and IP-related issues in the media and entertainment ecosystem.
- Ability to understand commercial objectives and translate them into effective legal structures.
- Experience dealing directly with sophisticated clients and counterparties.
- Ability to independently manage and negotiate multiple transactions.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Prior experience with a leading law firm, media/entertainment company, production house, OTT platform, broadcaster,
music company or similar organisation would be an advantage.
